Black Sheep Bags switches to e-junkie!

There have been some problems with Payloadz recently, so I have switched to e-junkie for the downloads in my shop. As an added bonus of the switch, there is now a shopping cart and you can purchase multiple patterns at one time.

I just made the switch this morning, so if you experience any trouble at all with the downloads, just email me and I will get you your patterns right away!

Bigger (& Biggest) Booga Bag almost ready!

Bb_comparison

I've been working this week on getting a couple of new patterns ready for release this Spring. Today I'm putting the finishing touches on the Bigger (& Biggest) Booga Bag pattern. Shown here are the Baby Booga Bag, Booga Bag, Bigger Booga Bag and Biggest Booga Bag from right to left.

The Booga Bag pattern, which includes instructions for the Baby Booga Bag, is available through my online shop, at yarn shops around the world and through Ravelry.  The patterns for the Bigger & Biggest Booga Bags will be released together in one pattern in the next couple of weeks!

Fiona & the Biggest Booga Bag -- a Peek!

Peek_fiona_big_bb

My two newest designs -- which will be hitting stores this Spring -- are in the washing machine. The Fiona Bag is uses a fun technique which I'll talk about more in the coming days and the Biggest Booga Bag is a great big version of the popular Booga Bag.

I can't wait until the washer cycle is finished!

Black Sheep Bags patterns on Kindle

Booga_bag_on_kindle

I've been playing around with the Amazon Kindle 2 eBook Reader and I've discovered that you can, in fact, view knitting patterns on it quite easily! I converted my Booga Bag pattern and it shows up great -- even the pictures, although they are in black and white on the device.

I'm going to check all my patterns to make sure they are compatible and I'll post the result here.
